These terms govern the relationship between SEO Auditor SARL (SIRET 91234567800018, the "Agency") and the individual or entity placing an order (the "Client").
The Agency provides digital SEO services delivered entirely online. No physical goods are dispatched.
An order is placed when payment is confirmed via Stripe. Work begins once the completed project brief template has been returned by the Client.
All prices in euros (EUR), excluding French TVA (20%). French-domiciled clients add TVA at invoice. EU clients with valid VAT number may apply reverse charge.
Delivery timelines run from receipt of the completed project brief. Delays caused by failure to return the brief are not the Agency\'s responsibility.
One revision round per project. Direction changes from the agreed brief constitute a new project.
All deliverables become the Client\'s intellectual property upon receipt of final payment.
Liability capped at the fee paid for the specific project. No specific ranking positions or traffic levels are guaranteed.
French law. Competent courts of Paris, France.
